There is a little software, called skype scrin-reader. But using it isn't always comfortable, because it works with sapi5 and when it says something, Jaws keeps the silence. It depends on the synthesizer, which is used with Jaws, if it's not sapi5, Jaws hasn't any conflicts. So it supports all features which I've mentioned.
