Hi Irene, I sincerely do not know exactly how is german keyboard setted, but I believe I understood your problem. If ? is on the right of letter P, in american keyboard this is the left braket, which is the "Skype command key" by default. From revision 618 on, you can change this key using insert+v dialogue (called JAWS Verbosity or JAWS options), pressing down harrow till you find "Skype command key" option; here you press space bar, insert a new key or key combination and press enter. Now you can use the ? character regularly.
