alt t for tools, p for options and then scrole right down to hotkeys. Once there, enable the checkbox "enable hotkeys" and then tab right till you reach the list of hotkeys that can be enabled. Scrole down and find the hotkey for answering calls and tap the space bar to enable and then hit the save button to save the settings.
