Hi Anita,
Go to skype and then choose tools and then options and then
arrow down to Hotkeys and then tab to Enable Keyboard shortcuts and
then tab to save to save your changes and then to answer a call press
alt and page up and to close a call press alt and page down you can
add other things but that is the basic ones.
