Hi, Oh, nice idea, but I wonder why you need this piglatin file. As for your questions, you accept the request by going to the conversation menu and pressing add to contacts or something of that kind. You accept the file by pressing ctrl+5 moving through the list of the message till you find the one which says about sending the file, route Jaws to pc, find save button and press it with a left mouse button.
