With these examples, I think Jaws can't see those three options (add, ignore, or block), and other details such as the skype ID of that person, without maximizing the conversation window. But, to see those, in my experience, you have to make sure that the conversation window which popped up when a person requested your contact details is maximized. Here's what you can do: 1. Set focus on the conversation window and maximize it. 2. Route your Jaws cursor to the PC cursor and look for add, ignore, or block and do a left click, depending on your choice.
