Wow I didn't see them at all but then again I was not using the jaws curser to explore the call thing in the conversations window. Is that how you found them?

Those controls appear right under the profile panel (where the other user's avatar and info are) and doesn't matter if Skype is in compact or default mode. The controls described by me in my previous letter are when a normal call is in progress. When a video call is in progress, there are I think 2 more buttons shown - for stopping (and starting if you stopped it) video and for showing the messages pain (because when a video call is in progress, by default the messages pain is hidden). I don't know if those 2 buttons are accessible via the Insert+F8 command, but they should be, specially the one for showing the message pain. Best wishes!
