Hi Eva,
to uninstall Skype, go to control panel / Applications installation, and 
search Skype in the list which appears. If you installed Skype 4.0, this 
procedure should not be necessary though, but it is to uninstall Skype 4.1 
beta.
[Note that my operating system is set in italian, so the translation of the 
control panel voice could not be perfect.]
