Yes insert+ctrl+v. I sincerely do not know what ctrl+shift+f9 is for. 
However, Eva, do not confuse with alt+shift+f9 which has really nothing to 
do with Skype version; in fact, this command repeats the last SkypeWatch 
announcement.
