Your shortcut keys include the Windows key, and apparently there is a problem with Skype using the Windows key under the upcoming Windows 7 operating system, so Skype decided to remove the Windows key from the possible keys in a global shortcut. Unfortunately, you will need to change the key to one that does not involve the Windows key, for each key combination that does now. As for changing them, you can, by going to Tools, Options, then the last page, which is for setting hotkeys. There is one remaining anomaly with that dialog that I just discovered today though: You can tab through the page, press the Change button to bring up the dialog for setting up a keystroke, check and uncheck boxes just fine in that dialog, and even type the plain key to use with the modifiers you checked. But, when you try to Tab out of that Edit box, the box clears to blank. That control needs to be adjusted so the Tab and Shift+Tab keys don't affect its contents. The solution is to use the JAWS cursor to click OK when done setting the hotkey, so you don't have to hit any more keys that go to the application after typing the key you want in that last Edit box.
