Hi, select the conversation in the list that has the voice mail. To do this using jaws open the skype main window. Now press control 2. Select using the arrow keys the conversation you want. Press the space bar to make sure it is selected. Now move to the content control window This is done with control 5. Now arrow to the voice mail you want to here now tab to the play button and press space bar the voice message will play.
