As for the history list: yes, that's true, there's an accessibility
issue
there. Regarding listening to voice mails, I can help you out there.
Go to the conversation list and find the name of the person who sent you
the
voice mail. Use the Applications key to open the context menu, and
select
"Send IM". Press Ctrl+5 to get to the list of chat messages. Use your
up
and down arrows to find the entry for the new voice mail, and press Tab
until you find the Play button. Press Enter or the space bar, and the
message should start playing.
