Hi Donnie. There are two download links, depending on which version you
want. Personally I prefer the installation program.
Here are the download links:
SkypeTalking 0.8 installation program:
http://skypetalking.googlecode.com/files/SkypeTalking_0.8_Setup.exe
SkypeTalking 0.8 portable version:
http://skypetalking.googlecode.com/files/SkypeTalking_0.8_portable.7z
Once you've installed the program, allow it to open after finishing the
installation. A Skype window should appear asking you to allow or deny the
program access to Skype. Press Tab until you get to the Allow button, press
Enter or space, and you should be good to go.
If you don't find the window as described above, activate the Tools menu
with Alt+T, press O for options, and find the Advanced option. Press Tab
until you get to "Manage other programs' access to Skype." Press Enter to
activate. In the list that appears, find Skype Talking 0.8, and again use
the Tab key to find the Allow button. Press Enter or space to activate.

I just upgraded to the new version of SkypeTalking, but it isn't working.
