Open skype. Open the tools menu. Open the options dialog box. In the tree view arrow down to advanced. Tab to manage other programs access to skype. Press the space bar. In the list find skypetalking.exe Tab to change. Select the option that reads allow this program tab to ok and press space bar. Now tab to save. Press space bar again and presto it should be all done. This needs to be done whenever you update a program that uses the skype api.
