No it will not. Turn off recognize conversation activity in the scripts because skype talking will do this for you. If you have skypewatch installed go ahead and remove it because you don't need it skype talking will do this for you. Now you can use skype talking to have it read your chats when they come in use the skype scripts to move around in the skype program and use skype talking or the jaws scripts whichever way you want to read recent chat messages. See the skype talking documentation for all the features and commands included with skype talking.
