hi, for your first problem did you make sure you picked up the conversation
with the space bar. otherwise the window will not be seen.
as far as your index issue this is a Skype thing. your not missing anything
Skype is just reporting the wrong index count. once again Doug if there is
no way to get index counts right this really should be removed. all it is
doing is confusing people.

hello
i managed to do what jinn said and for a while i read voicemail on the
computer
today not so lucky
when i press control 5 it said window not visible or something like that
also i found 2 contacts in conversations and it said 5 and 6 of 7
i cant find the other 5 any idea where they would be?
also how do i remove someone from recently closed conversations?
one last thing for now why cant i delete history it says save history for
14 days surely after 14 days the history should delete automatically
