Go to View Menu in skype, Alt and V and arrow down to compact view.

Hey guys,
there's a friend of mine who is using Skype 5 gold with default view, and
I am not able to make her accept contact requests, because I use compact
mode instead. Does someone know how to arrange this in default view? Or
the best solution is to set compact mode?
