it hurts me to disappoint you... :-)
The fact is when I learned how to use Braille display, I was told that the
best way was to use line mode by default, but this can be specific for the
display I use, which in addiction does never appear when pressing
ctrl+shift+w, perhaps because it's not famous outside Italy. Anyway, I do
not have the issues with "conversationlist" which you are encountering, and
I do not mind the fact of contact counts in Braille myself.
