The log you sent says "Out of memory." That is strange to me and may be temporary.

As you may know j-tools is a set of scripts developed by Brian Hargen wich enhances the useability of Jaws. Both computers are running Windows 8 and the latest bill of Jaws 14, the bill that was released last week. The computer where I am experiencing this problem has 12 GB of memory, so I don?t understand why the error log reports lack of memory. Your suggestions to resolve this problem will be greatly appreciated.
