Hi, I created for example the shortcut for ignore call mistakenly as: ctrl+I - but I wish to change it to alt+i. and, I can not change it with NVDA, WITH Jaws I could do it, but now, I don't use Jaws.
Do you have any suggestion? You have to if I recall check the box of the keys you want such as ctrl, shift, etc. Is that not working for you?
