$ ffmpeg -v ffmpeg version 2.4.3 Copyright (c) 2000-2014 the FFmpeg developers built on Nov 22 2014 11:04:39 with gcc 4.8.2 (GCC) And I have had no problems with VLC, audacious, xmms, Qtractor, Muse, Kdenlive, Natron, Ardour4, mplayer......well, anything, really. Not sure if that is useful info, since I don't really keep up with updates on multimedia apps, Possibly the latest versions on slackbuilds.org that people are testing the ffmpeg version in this thread have been updated and things are different. My SlackBuild is just a hacked-up version of Heinz Wiesinger's but here is the link just in case it is useful/interesting: http://slackermedia.info/slackbuilds/ffmpeg-huge/ -klaatu _______________________________________________ SlackBuilds-users mailing list SlackBuilds-users@slackbuilds.org http://lists.slackbuilds.org/mailman/listinfo/slackbuilds-users Archives - http://lists.slackbuilds.org/pipermail/slackbuilds-users/ FAQ - http://slackbuilds.org/faq/
