If You haven't already then pop an email off to [email protected] as
mentioned in the massively article and hope for the best.  On the broader
issue, I'm no lawyer but I'm sure the people in LL's legal team realize that
selective or nonenforcement of their rights makes it tougher for them to
enforce their rights when they choose to and/or have to do so which is a
good incentive for them to act on this.  I'd say that people should all
email them about the issue but unless they're blatantly ignoring you that
would probably do more harm than good unless a Linden pops in and tells us
they want us spamming the legal department.
