So here's my guess. You're gonna need to visit a Linden's office hours. Even if a specific Linden can't answer your question, they may be able to direct you towards someone who can. >From what I've been able to gather, Qarl does a lot of LSL stuff, and Andrew does a lot of server code. Beyond that, I'm not too knowledgeable. Reflections sound like a client thing. Q Linden is the one posting out those Open Source meetings, which are client thingies. So contacting Q may be your best bet at finding the Linden to talk to.
