Nono, just do it whenever you want to. I have already tagged the version 
for the 2.0 beta, so we will not interfere in any way...

there is a license modifier python script in the "committers" CVS
module.

but don't worry, only releases made after march 1st have to comply.


I planed to do the license changes for this evening. Should I 
postpone it until beta1 is out?
