This code is a proposal and proposals are, by definition, managed with the ASF "rules of revolutionaries" that say that the committers working on the proposal have the rights on that part of the codebase, not the entire community.
At the same time, we are seriously concerned about brand abuse and, for this reason, action was needed.Who exactly is "we"?
