ok, i have to admit that i was laughing out
loud when i was reading that exchange between
david ledden and mike catano. but i have
forty new messages from sloan net alone
in my mailbox.
also, i've had one complaint, and four
other subscribers who have had to sign off
due to the sheer volume of mail this list
has been generating lately.
so could our resident curmudgeons on this
list please limit themselves to one mutual
virtual bludgeoning per day?
and please please let's try not to get into
debates about hair bands like moist or
other irrelevant topics. i don't mind
single posts that are off topic, it's when
the list starts to fill with stuff that
has nothing do to with our topic that
people start to sign off. if you're bored,
there's plenty of internet lists where
people favor that sort of behaviour.
