this subject has been bugging me for a while now and upon listening to the similar sounds of Sloan's song amped, b-side to underwhelmed single, and Thrush Hermit's French Inhale the songs have a similar sound but just with different words. i am just curious if anyone out there knows who came up with it first or if it was some kind cooperative effort or something.
