Cheem, who will be writing this?

Well. We do not want to set hard guidelines because I know
nobody will follow it. There is no negative connotation but as
a Linux hacker I can tell you;
1) By virtue that someone uses Linux, it almost indicates that
there is a streak of non conformism existent in the hacker.
You do not set rules for a hacker, you convince him reasonably
why certain maxims are to be followed.
2) Forming rules is as repugnant as forming a leader. And usually
I do not have the time to form rules. Usually I myself do not even
follow my own rules and therefore I usually do not expect others
to.
3) Disciplinary actions? come on. We are all adults.
Regarding Amnesia, come on, it was just an accident, I did not
take it to heart. Besides, he is still young, the people here with
more working experience will tell him the repurcussions of what
he is doing. I have forgotten the whole thing, and I hope that you
will.
