[SLUG] IRC server

[Andrew Langton]

We're looking at putting in an IRC server to provide messaging for our
global sites. My question is - what's a good irc server to run? We'll
either be running it on Caldera OpenLinux 2.3, RedHat 6.1 or Linux PPC 1999.
