The box says Magic TV ( in the skywell magic family) it is has a remote and tv
tuner card and according to the back of the box (and the small ic on the board)
it has a bt878 in it.

None. just doing straight insmods. For what its worth when i load the bttv
module the speakers start producing static.

Now thats kinda funny. I switched over to xawtv, and followed the instructions
for writing a .xawtv file. But the linue
freqtab=pal-australia (also Pal-Australia, PAL-australia etc)
results in an invalid value in the messages at start up.
