That's a "WinModem" you've got there... Which means you're not
going to get any Linux love out of it at all (especially seeing
that it's Conexant/Rockwell based).

However, you will be one more person on the "aim and fire at will"
e-mail assualt force targeting those companies who don't provide
adequate, open documentation for their hardware.

There are some attempts to get these things going on our own steam
however, and I'm sure some of our fellow sluggers can inform us of
those projects...
