Yep - my HP8100 boots fine on a P233MMX system

No doubt there are many ways, but try this;
* Make yourself a boot disk, or boot the system from C: into DOS (as long
as you can see the CD drive from DOS).
* Go to the DOSUTILS directory on the CD
* Run the batch file (AUTOLOAD, or AUTORUN or something - I forget which).
This should get the install happening.
As for the PC not booting from the CD, check your BIOS settings - most
modern motherboards have a "boot from CD" type option under the ADVANCED
menu somewhere (mine allows booting from A,C,SCSI or C,A,SCSI, or CD,C,A
etc etc etc.
