Hi all Can someone tell me where to find documentation / how to do the following? I have a Redhat 6.1 server running gdm login daemon. I have a Redhat 6.1 client running gdm. When logging on to the client, I want to be able to choose to either login to the server with a remote x session, or to log on locally. How do I go about getting the chooser to work? Related to this, how much resources does gdm use? - It will obviously have an instance of x running plus an app or two. Is it possible to run gdm on my server for remote machines only - ie so that the server machine has a normal console type logon, but remote machines will be able to log on to it using gdm? Many thanks ------------------------------------- Tim Sutton [EMAIL PROTECTED] ICQ: 6712273 'This email was produced on Linux...no penguins were injured in any way during the writing of this email.' ------------------------------------- ------------------------------------- Tim Sutton [EMAIL PROTECTED] ICQ: 6712273 'This email was produced on Linux...no penguins were injured in any way during the writing of this email.' ------------------------------------- -- SLUG - Sydney Linux Users Group Mailing List - http://www.slug.org.au To unsubscribe send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with unsubscribe in the text
