Anyone setup Optus@Home in Linux using the SMC network card that Optus
supplies?
ifconfig works with it and also it is detected at bootup but i get a lot of
errors and it seems to be not functioning at all. When I connect it to the
modem, the link light should go on but it isnt on at all.

The errors were quite a few after a while. Is there anything I should be
doing to get it working? I know the network cabling is okay as I have used
it successfully with the other network card which is now attached to the
cable modem.
Is it any easier to setup @Home using the USB connection?
