OPTUS IS F&$%(D, They will not touch anybody
who isnt in a house. Units, flats, etc. NO GO OPTUS ZONE!!!!. Even if you had
the optus cable in the building (which i do) they wont install
it!!!

I am looking for Cable Modem services. There are Telstra and
Optus to start with.
Both do not support Linux officially. There is though
cable-modem mini howto on connection with Telstra. It seems to me that Optus'
deal is better value. Will anyone point me to possible problem in connecting
to Optus network?
