That's strange... Before all of this hoopla (a month ago), the
*guy* I spoke to (who also told me there are absolutely no women
working in tech support) said they were happy for people to be
using proxy software, and whispered that they were secretly very
happy to be providing the service to Linux users...

"I don't know why we don't support it - actually, yes I do - but
the Linux users rake it in. Upstairs are happy with the numbers,
but scared of the name I think. We've told them that most Linux
users are less likely to be doing stupid things, but no one's
listening. Yet. That's not the company line though, and you've
forgotten my name, okay?"


So are they changing their agreements?
