Yes!

Internal to Nortel (almost) everyone uses Netscape & Outlook. These
implement 'References' and following email trails is a pleasure (just
like news).  But external things like the kernel mailing list are a
pigdog mess.  In fact there was some discussion a while back about
implementing some sort of kludge so the lkml web archives could untangle
it all.  Didn't come to anything though.

Both these headers are optional.  Pretty simple to implement though.
