Not entirely sure about your setup, but I know this card operates
like a new fangled VCR in that it shows a blue screen instead of
static (how's that for symbolic?) - if you haven't plugged in even
a measly excuse for an aerial, that's pretty much the result.
Of course, if "NO picture" excludes a blue screen... Well, I'm sure
the gurus can help out... :)
