Does this match the sticker on the tuner section, i.e tecmic (?)

What is a card=1 add radio=0
What is the debugging out put on the above modules? Any clues there?
No aerial = blue screen.
Trouble is almost everything is called magiv TV - Where does it come
from? Any clues to brand
