I am quite able to decode and read SCO panics but have no experience with
Linux.
I take your point about the system map. With SCO you need the kernel
dump image or it's worthless. I guess decoding it is just an academic
exercise anyway as it is basically a single application server and the
problem is 99.99% sure to be kernel smp related.
My comment to the client is that as far as I know the SMP stuff in this
series of Kernels is still very much a work in progress.
I take it 2.2.14 is a stable snapshot where the developers took a
pause in introducing new stuff.
