No, not through ipmasq, but through using squid. Set up squid on your
server, and configure Netscape to use HTTP on port 8080 or 3182 or
whatever as the proxy configuration for ftp downloads. Your client then
talks HTTP to the server, squid on the server ftp to the ftp site.
