I dunno if this helps, but I once had problems logging into my Windows
machine once. Went to IT etc and notified them about it. Went back to my
machine and noticed the Capslock was on :-).
Moral of my story, is your Capslock on/off? :-)
FWIW, Login incorrect means that the account or password is incorrect.
I'm guessing the account is correct and the password isn't.
This leads to another question I have. What's the limit of a password in
linux? I know under NIS it seems to be 8 characters (unless that's
configurable).. Anyone?
