And it's getting worse. One of the hardest hit areas is web.
After years of work on DHTML/4.0 and CSS/1.0, W3C's are being
thwarted by none other than you know who.

Hmmm ... I dunno if it's the RTF format or what, but I usually
have no complaints when I export Word docs from SO to the 'dozers
out there. Mind you, I don't write real fancily-formatted stuff.
