Well, it *does* stand for Must Consult Someone Educated !!!
I had a contractor, allegedly MCSE qualified, working for me who didn't
know how to turn off the splash screen !!
If you really want to screw one of them up - on an NT system, add the line
"BOOTGUI=0" to the boot.ini file - most of them can't work it out and start
reaching for the install cd !!!
