We need a decent sized advert in the SMH (or some other well known
newspaper) that reaches out to those who have been affected by this
virus and informs them of the alternatives available to them, that are
not susceptible to the virus (ie Linux).
It should also be an open invitation to the next SLUG meeting. We could
then give presentations at that meeting on some of the features of Linux
(include some Cool(tm) stuff to get them going "ooohh, aaaahh") and the
advantages of using Linux.
We could also give them opportunities to ask questions in an open forum.
Any comments?
