I've been asked by a reporter from ComputerWorld to comment on

(*) Microsoft's culpability in this virus stuff
(*) whether other O/S's are affected in the same way
(*) what measures MS should be taking to help in the future

I will be formulating my reply to the reporter by Wednesday.
Any comments, anecdotes, web resources, etc. most appreciated
whilst I do my research for my reply.
