[SLUG] esmith and diald

[Woy Woy High School]

A mate and I set up esmith to connect a small net of computers to
the internet. The problem is that we can't seem to find the
command (or line to change) to stop it from dialling the net as
soon as it is started up. The docs don't seem to help in this
matter - or maybe we're just a bit to dumb to see it ;-{
