Hi, When installing ppp, one used to have to run a little script that did something to the kernel source, then re-compile the kernel. So far as I know, that's no longer necessary. I got redhat 6.2, which includes ppp as an rpm. Do I need to recompile the kernel? What will go wrong to show me that I must recompilet the kernel?
