Jason Gunthorpe (apt author) says "No, it is a flaw in the package files..
I hope to fix it tonight". It takes approximately 36 hours for changes to
propagate throughout the Debian mirror system.
So if you try that sometime Saturday it should "just work". If not let
someone know.
