Nope. The two are conceptually different.

Network Attached Storage uses your "regular" network for communicating -
in other words, the communication gets mixed with your normal LAN traffic.

A Storage Area Network has its own dedicated network for communicating
between the storage devices.

And, of course, that's different depending on which vendor you ask. :-)
